 1. Return Eligibility
- We accept returns within 30 days of the customer receiving their order.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.
- Custom/personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at kremstian@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error in your order.

 3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 4. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
